One job, start to finish.

Dokket follows the work the way you actually do it — not the way accounting software thinks you should.

STEP 1Quote

Price it on the doorstep

Photograph what you're looking at, write the work, add your lines. VAT and the deposit calculate themselves. Send a proper PDF before you've packed the bag — one tap, and Dokket tells you when it lands.

  • Before / after photos
  • Optional extras
  • Deposit % or fixed
  • Saved price book
STEP 2Chase

Know which ones went quiet

Sent a week ago with no reply? It flags itself. Lost one? Say why in two taps — and after twenty quotes Dokket tells you whether you're losing on price or on speed. Those are very different problems.

  • Automatic chase flags
  • Chaser log
  • Win rate
  • Why you lose work
STEP 3Book

Know where you're meant to be

Turn the quote into a job and it keeps its number all the way through. Two visits or twenty, a monthly service round — it warns you about double-bookings and knows when you're on holiday. Your visits are named for your trade: first fix for a sparky, first visit for a landscaper.

  • Multiple visits
  • Repeating work
  • Clash warnings
  • Tap to call or navigate
STEP 4Invoice

Bill it in stages, chase it politely

Deposit, first fix, balance. The deposit invoice raises itself the moment you win the job. Reminders change tone once they're overdue, so you don't have to find the words.

  • Staged invoices
  • Automatic deposit
  • Overdue reminders
  • Left to invoice
STEP 5Paid

Get paid, then get the review

Mark it paid and Dokket offers to ask for a review while the job's still fresh — with a line that invites any problems to come to you first, rather than to Google.

  • Signature on completion
  • Certificates emailed
  • Review request
No service

Cellars haven't got signal. Dokket doesn't need any.

Every quote, photo and invoice is written to your phone first — instantly, bars or no bars. It catches up with your account the moment you're back in range. Nothing spins. Nothing waits.

The bit nobody else does
Open it in a plant room at three floors down and it's still there — still fast, still ready to quote.
Sign in and it's backed up to your account too: safe if the phone goes in a puddle, and waiting on your laptop when you get home.

It speaks your trade, not ours.

Tell Dokket what you do and it changes its language. No more filling in a form written for someone else's job.

Pick your trade once

Seventeen to choose from, and you can change it whenever you like. What you pick sets the examples in every box, the wording on your paperwork, and how your visits are named.

  • Electrical
  • Plumbing & heating
  • Landscaping & grounds
  • Carpentry & joinery
  • Building & groundworks
  • Roofing
  • Painting & decorating
  • Plastering
  • Tiling
  • Flooring
  • Kitchens & bathrooms
  • Windows & doors
  • Locksmith & security
  • Cleaning
  • Pest control
  • Appliance repair
  • General maintenance

The difference it makes

Same screen, three trades:

SparkyCertificates · First fix
LandscaperWaste notes · First visit
Pest controlTreatment records · Follow-up

Your terms, your credentials, the example work on a blank quote — all written for what you actually do. And on a shared account everyone gets the same wording, so your quotes read the same whoever raised them.

One van or six. Same account.

Put your lads on it and everyone works from the same quotes, the same diary, the same numbering. No more two invoices going out as INV-1004.

Invite them by email

They get a link, tap it, and they're in. Their quotes go out under your business name, your logo, your payment details — not whatever they've typed on their own phone.

See who raised what

Every quote carries the name of whoever priced it. Tap a name to see only their work — who's quoting, who's converting, who's sat on three jobs they've not invoiced.

Everyone · Me · Dave · Steve · Apprentice

Take someone off and they lose access that minute. Their work stays with the business, with their name still on it.

Your accountant still gets what they need.

Dokket runs the job. Your accounting software does the books. Different jobs — and we're not pretending otherwise.

Straight into Xero

Export your invoices in Xero's own import format, for any date range. VAT split out properly, so it reconciles.

The maths

You've already lost more than this costs.

Not to a disaster. To an invoice you meant to send in March, a quote that sat in your van for four days, and a customer who went with whoever replied first.

Nobody notices this money going. That's the whole problem with it — there's no moment where you feel it leave.

Straight answers.

Does it really work without signal?

Yes. Add it to your home screen once with a connection and it opens and works with none — quotes, photos, invoices, the lot. Everything saves to the phone the instant you tap, then syncs to your account when you're back in range.

What happens if I lose my phone?

If you're signed in, your work is in your account, not just the handset. Sign in on a new phone and it's all there. You can also download a full backup file whenever you like.

Does this replace my accountant or QuickBooks?

No, and it isn't trying to. QuickBooks knows what you invoiced; it doesn't know the job. Dokket handles quoting, scheduling and invoicing, then exports the invoices for your accounting software.

Does it send the quote for me?

Yes. One tap and it's gone — Dokket writes the email, attaches the PDF and sends it, with your business name on it and replies coming back to you. It then tells you whether it actually arrived, so a wrong address doesn't quietly cost you the job. If you're out of signal it hands the email to your phone instead, so nothing waits on a bar of 4G.

Which trades is it for?

Seventeen of them, and you pick yours when you set up. Electrical, plumbing and heating, landscaping, carpentry, building, roofing, decorating, plastering, tiling, flooring, kitchens and bathrooms, windows and doors, locksmith, cleaning, pest control, appliance repair — or general maintenance if you turn your hand to most things. Dokket then uses your words: a landscaper gets waste transfer notes where a sparky gets certificates, and first visit where a plumber gets first fix.

Can my lads use it too?

Yes. Invite them by email and they join your account — same quotes, same diary, same numbering, so nobody issues INV-1004 twice. You decide what each of them can do, from full control down to read-only. Their quotes go out under your business name, not theirs.

What if someone leaves?

Take them off in Settings and they lose access straight away. The work they did stays with the business, with their name still on it, so your records still make sense. Any jobs booked to them get unassigned rather than deleted.

What will it cost after the beta?

£14 a month for the business, with the first person included. Extra people on the account are £6 each, and read-only access for your accountant is free. One invoice you'd otherwise have forgotten to send covers a year of it. Beta users keep a discount for good.
